In the past decade, television has gone from cable and looking in the paper to see what shows were coming on at certain times, to now where we can watch what we want, when we want. Of course i love this because i don't have to worry about missing my favorite shows, including; Lost, Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia, the Office and Sons of Anarchy. Some shows i cannot stand are Suit life of zach and cody, everybody hates chris and George lopez.
Television has developed to the saying, "time is money." When i watch my shows, i dont even have to watch the commercials becuase i always dvr (digital video recorder) the episode. This allows me to skip all the annoying commercials. Their is always a ton of commercials because television is a huge way of advertisement. So im sure the people that pay for commercials hate dvr because everyone skips over there ad. Overall i think that televisions is a good thing to a certain extent. Too much of it can definitely be a bad thing.
