Side Note: On a non-ridiculous note, my favorite shows are SportsCenter, NCIS, and Big Bang Theory (Jim Parsons rules). I hate all reality TV which glorifies the lowlife's of society and pays them giant sums of money to continue being nothing but obnoxious and do nothing what so ever to better or help the people and world around them.

God's Gift
Television has done more for our society then any invention before it. We don't need lightbulbs, cars too are superfluous. And all the computer has done is indulged the nerds. But the television, oooh the television is different. The television is truly the only important invention of recent memory. It is in fact hard to think of a time when there was no television. What did people do all day? Work? HA! With TV that no longer is important. TV took all of those incumbersome desires to be productive away from me and was in fact so generous that it simply told me what I had to do. For sustenance, it provides a wide variety of options in the plethora of commercials that it shows me so I can remember to feed myself. The fact that television does this for me and millions of others, taking all the effort out of thinking and instead planting those thoughts inside my head so I may merely reference them is a huge load off my back, saving me all that time previously wasted. I wonder what I will do with my time? I know! I will watch some TV! Because why go out and do something when you can watch people who went out and did something?
